Life apart from my day job evolves around three things, food, travel and photography, and very often all at the same time. This is a website cataloguing my notes from which I hope you are able to take something away. “Food. By Mark.” started life as a way of recording for myself my food experiences and will hopefully evolve into a website where you to can discover something for yourself. I am not a food critic, and neither do I pretend to be one or pretend to know everything about food. Here, in this website… I present to you my thoughts and notes as Food. By Mark. – the alter ego of a music agent.
